Shipping Returns

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. You should send the product at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned item. If the return is approved, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Note that no refunds are provided after 7 days of purchase.
